Dermal Fillers
Dermal fillers are like a deep, nourishing breath for your skin—infusing it with hydration, volume, and balance. These hyaluronic acid treatments enhance the lips, lift and sculpt the cheeks, smooth away lines, and contour the face with a natural, radiant touch. By drawing in moisture, they restore plumpness and softness, easing away wrinkles. Each treatment is thoughtfully customized to your unique needs, creating rejuvenation exactly where you need it.

What is filler?Filler is a fabulous injectable treatment that helps bring back lost volume, smooth out those fine lines, and enhance your natural beauty. Made from hyaluronic acid—something our bodies naturally produce—fillers hydrate and plump the skin, giving you a fresh, youthful glow. It's perfect for adding volume to areas like the cheeks, lips, chin, and jawline, and can help define your features for a more radiant, rejuvenated appearance.

How many syringes will I need? The number of filler syringes you’ll need depends on your unique goals and the areas you're treating. Generally, here’s a rough guideline: Lips: 1 syringe for a subtle plump or enhancement. Cheeks: 1-3 syringes, depending on how much volume restoration is needed. Chin & Jawline: 1-2 syringes for a more defined look. Facial Balancing: 2-6 syringes to help achieve a harmonious, balanced appearance. During your consultation, your provider will assess your facial anatomy and discuss your desired results to help determine the right amount of filler for you. Keep in mind that it’s always better to start conservatively and add more if needed.

How much will it cost? The cost of dermal filler varies based on the product and treatment area. Our prices typically range from $750 to $850and a Mini lip is $375 (1/2 syringe of filler).

How should I prepare for my treatment? Here’s a little prep guide to help you get the best results: One week before: Skip blood-thinning over-the-counter meds like aspirin, Motrin, ibuprofen, and Aleve. 2 days before: Avoid topical products with active ingredients, such as Retin-A, Retinol, Retinoids, or Glycolic Acid. You can start taking Arnica to help with any swelling or bruising. 24 hours before: Steer clear of alcohol and smoking to keep your skin in the best shape possible. General tips: If you’ve had cold sores in the past, there’s a chance the procedure could trigger a flare-up. Just let your provider know, and they can prescribe an oral antiviral to keep you covered. Day of: Come in with a fresh, clean face – we’ll take it from there!

What should I do after my treatment? After getting filler, here are some simple steps to help ensure you get the best results: Avoid Touching or Massaging: Refrain from touching, rubbing, or massaging the treated areas for at least 24 hours to allow the filler to settle properly. Stay Upright: For the first 4 hours after treatment, avoid lying down to prevent the filler from shifting. Avoid Exercise: Skip intense workouts for 24-48 hours to minimize swelling and bruising. Stay Away from Heat: Avoid hot tubs, saunas, and direct sun exposure for 24 hours to prevent irritation and swelling. Use Ice: If you notice swelling or bruising, you can apply a cold compress to the treated areas in short intervals (10-15 minutes) for the first 24 hours. Don’t Drink Alcohol: Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours after your treatment as it can increase the risk of bruising. Hydrate: Drink plenty of water to keep your skin looking plump and healthy. Avoid Blood Thinners: If possible, refrain from taking blood-thinning medications (like ibuprofen or aspirin) for the first 24 hours. Be Patient: It’s normal to see some swelling, bruising, or slight lumps immediately after treatment. These usually subside in a few days. With a little aftercare, you’ll be on your way to enjoying your refreshed, natural-looking results!

How do I reduce swelling or brusing for lip injections?A little swelling is totally normal, but here are some tips to keep it to a minimum: try taking antihistamines like Zyrtec or Claritin during the day, and Benadryl at night. It’s also a good idea to skip tanning, saunas, hot tubs, or anything that might raise your heart rate or body temperature. Bruising can happen too, but you can help reduce the risk by avoiding alcohol or NSAIDs before your treatment. To speed up recovery, you can try Arnica, enjoy some fresh pineapple, and gently apply ice to the affected areas.
-
Will I need time to recover? There’s little to no recovery time after filler treatments. Most people can jump right back into their usual routine, though you might experience mild swelling, bruising, or redness in the treated areas. To be safe, it's a good idea to schedule your filler treatment at least 4 weeks before any special events, just to give your skin time to fully settle. These temporary side effects usually fade within a few days, leaving you with fresh, natural-looking results.
-
How long will the appointment take? The length of your appointment depends on the areas being treated and how many syringes are used, but typically, filler sessions take between 1 to 2 hours. We’ll make sure you’re comfortable and relaxed throughout the process,
-
How long will it last? The duration of your filler results depends on the area treated, but the good news is that most fillers last at least 8 months, and many can last up to a year or even longer! You’ll be able to enjoy smooth, natural-looking results for months.
-
When should I contact a provider? You should contact your provider if you experience any of the following after your filler treatment: Severe or Persistent Swelling: Mild swelling is normal, but if it becomes severe or lasts longer than a few days, reach out to your provider. Excessive Bruising or Redness: While some bruising and redness are common, if it seems unusually intense or doesn’t improve over time, it’s a good idea to check in. Pain: If you experience intense pain or discomfort that doesn’t subside with over-the-counter pain relievers (like Tylenol), contact your provider for guidance. Signs of Infection: If you notice any signs of infection, such as increased redness, warmth, or pus, or if you develop a fever, it’s important to get in touch right away. Lumps or Bumps: Sometimes, filler can feel bumpy or uneven right after treatment. While this usually resolves on its own, if lumps persist or you’re concerned, contact your provider for advice. Allergic Reaction: If you experience any symptoms of an allergic reaction, such as difficulty breathing, rash, or swelling in other areas, seek medical attention immediately. Remember, your provider is there to help you through the process and ensure you get the best possible results. Always feel free to reach out if you have any concerns!
